Birch bark painting cultural heritage of Oroqen.

Guan Taofang lives in Baiyinna Village, a minority village of the Oroqen ethnic group in Huma County, Heilongjiang Province. She is a true Oroqen and one of the few creators of birch bark paintings among the Oroqen ethnic group.

In order to continue the inheritance of the ethnic characteristics of the Oroqen people, Guan Taofang decided to focus on studying birch painting, using it as a carrier and following her own memories.

She shows people the most simple and local stories of the Oroqen people's generations of reproduction and growth. Once a foreigner wanted to buy one of her paintings with 1000,000 yuan, but she was reluctant to sell it.
